THE BA•SICS - What Is It & Who Needs It?Live sound/audio services are provided by trained sound engineers/technicians using a mixing console, speakers, and microphones to provide ample, consistant, and professional quality sound for an LIVE event. Some examples of live events would be theatrical performances, festivals, concerts, meetings, private parties, wedding receptions, or similar.

VEN•UE DETAILS - Location Matters

The location of your event matters. Indoors vs. Outdoors may require different equipment. Access is not as readily available for outdoor events, so addt'l equipment for power may be required. The size/shape/ceiling height of the room space you'll occupy may matter to produce optimal sound results. Details, details, details.

  • Suitable setup if you have a live band playing at your event.
  • 16 Channel mixing console
  • 2 - 15" speakers
  • 2 Subs
  • 2-4 Monitors
  • 2-4 Wired microphones 
  • Delivery, setup, breakdown
  • 1 or 2 technicians for up to 4 hours.

• Events Expecting 250-500 People (SSA)
  
  • Price Range starting at $1950
  • Suitable setup if you have a live band playing at your event.
  • 16 Channel mixing console
  • 2 Double 15" tops/speakers
  • 2 double 18" subs
  • 5 monitors
  • 5 Wired microphones
  • Delivery, setup, breakdown
  • 1 or 2 technicians for up to 6 hours.

• Events Expecting 1000+ People
  • Price Range starting at $3500
  • Customized system - equipment varies.
  • Festivals, small concerts, extravagant wedding receptions, corporate parties, and similar large or upscale events.
  • Custom quoting required.
  • Site survey may be required to ensure proper coverage (small fee applies).

*Keep in mind that with smaller events, equipment rental may be a viable option if budget is an issue.

We have much better pricing for events that are scheduled on a weekly or monthly basis. As well, discounts are considered for veteran, educational, and religious organization sponsored events. Please ask.
