We have two studios/spaces:

  • 4200 SF Large space with sofas, hi and low top tables and chairs, staging with a sound system, banquet and catering tables, and a tiki type bar setup.
  • 1800 SF Can accomodate tables and chairs, mirrored walls, large open space.

Private Party Space Details

Studio A is equipped with an 8 channel powered head and 2-12" speakers to use with your reservation. Need something else? Tech services available. Addt'l gear rentals available.

Unique space located just outside of the City Dock Area, quiet and private.

Studio A Daily Rates:
(Accessibility 1pm to 10pm*)
M-TH Daily Rate $500
FR-SAT Daily Rate $650
SUN Daily Rate $850
*Reservation times after 10pm $125/hr.

We are equipped for "smaller groups", an exact count will depend upon room use.

Additional Considerations:
> Deposit Required - Min. $250
> Add: $125 Cleanup/linen fee, non refundable. (Addt'l fees may apply to larger groups)
> Add $75 Tech/Staff for DJ Setup assistance and/or sound system setup.
> Optional: $125 Tech/Staff for room setup (applies to some room setups).
> Optional: $125-$250 Tech/Staff for room setup (applies to band/live act setups).
> Optional: $125/$250 Sound/Light Setup for bands/live acts/shoots.
> Optional: $125 Stage clearing fee if back line needs to be removed.
> Optional: $125 Backline use.
> Optional: $125/hr for Extended hours (After 10 pm)
